For more than two hundred years, Molino Tedeschi has been producing common wheat flours whit great care, handing down its craft generation after generation, cherishing a tradition made of passion and love for simple and authentic things.

Still today Lorenzo Tedeschi, representative of the third generation of the founding family and director of the company bearing the same name, carries on the business with his son Alessandro and the same dedication and craft spirit of the past.

Great attention has always been devoted to the search and selection of the best Italian raw materials that are indispensable to develop high quality flours. This is the feature that over time has been distinguishing us from our competitors.

Every type of wheat selected is milled separately, slowly and cold temperatures, going through roller mills several times to protect all the organoleptic features of the kernels..

The individual flours obtained the way are then blended following recipes designed in our laboratories and field-tested by in-house experts to create the ideal flour for each use.

Every flour is finally packaged in valve bags and allowed to rest before being placed un the market. Thanks to the care and passio for our product, we are proud of having created a trusted brand in our country of origin, Italy .
